Wir rösten ausschließlich Specialty Coffees mit einem Cup Score von über 80, die wir über Nordic Approach, einen der besten europäischen Rohkaffee-Importeure, bei voller Transparenz von den Fincas und Washing Stations beziehen. Rohkaffee aus Brasilien beziehen wir seit 2018 von CQT Coffees. Und wir freuen uns über eine Kooperation mit Panama Varietals, die es uns ermöglicht, aussergewöhnliche Kaffees aus Panama zu beziehen.
