Kaffeepflanzen werden sortenrein in einer optimalen Umgebung im Schatten gr\u00f6\u00dferer B\u00e4ume gezogen, am Reifeh\u00f6hepunkt selektiv und nat\u00fcrlich h\u00e4ndisch geerntet und dann unter perfekt kontrollierten Bedingungen aufbereitet und getrocknet. Einer der Topstars von Finca Don Benjie ist nat\u00fcrlich die Geisha Variet\u00e4t, die im Edelstahltank in Kohlendioxydumgebung zu maximaler Fruchtigkeit entwickelt wird.<\/p>\n
